About two years ago I started working on this “quick” reference guide for essential oils when I was just beginning to try out aromatherapy for my anxiety issues. Click below to download/view the PDF. It’s for newbies like me that are curious to see what benefits/properties of certain essential oils. I use the basic essential oils (sweet orange, rosemary, lavender, tea tree, peppermint, patchouli, geranium, lemon) at home in homemade cleaning products, body scrubs, treatments and I bought a neat little diffuser that has a USB connection. You add just a few drops of essential oil to distilled water, plug it into your computer and off you go.
